본 실험실에서는 아래 세가지 생물정보 빅데이터 활용 능력을 갖춘 인재 양성을 목표로 다양한 분야와 융합된 새로운 식물과학 연구를 수행하고 있습니다..
1.	빅데이터 생산 및 수집(Big-Data Production & Collection)
	NGS(long & short reads) 생산, 생물정보 빅데이터 수집 및 가공, 데이터베이스 구축, 소프트웨어 비교분석, 자료수집 등을 수행
2.	빅데이터 분석(Big-Data Analysis)
	유전체 조립 및 비교유전체 분석, 전사체 분석, 파이토바이옴 분석, SNP calling, 이미지 분석(Phenomics), GWAS, GS 등을 수행
3.	빅데이터 해석(Big-Data Interpretation)
